We’re Hiring: Digital Media Interns
M2woman is currently on the hunt for outstanding digital media interns. We are looking for motivated candidates who have a strong interest in digital media, as well as a passion for creating innovative digital content.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate about all things women’s lifestyle, have strong writing skills, are able to take initiative and work unsupervised, and are eager to learn more about what it is like to work in a fast-paced, independent media environment.  Our unique internship programme offers participants the opportunity to learn about digital media and publishing.
Intern responsibilitiesÂ
- Work with the digital manager to write unique content for M2woman.co.nz
- Source and edit images
- SEO optimisation
- Assist in measuring the impact of social media efforts through relevant monitoring tools and reporting
- Play a role in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest
- Help with day-to-day M2woman digital administrative duties
The ideal intern would somebody who is passionate about digital media, has strong written and verbal communication skills, uses and understands social media and is keen to get their foot in the door in an exciting industry.
Applicants should be able to commit to at least one full days a week for a minimum of six weeks. This is an unpaid position. M2woman is located in Auckland, New Zealand. For the right candidate there could be an opportunity for this to turn into a full-time paid role.
