Four Tasty And Healthy Breakfast Ideas You Can Make The Night Before
I have to admit, I’m one of those people who often skips breakfast in the mornings altogether. Sometimes you roll out of bed look at your marmite and toast and feel a little uninspired. However we all know having a healthy breakfast is an important part of starting off the day right, so here’s some ideas for creating breakfasts the night before you’ll actually be excited to eat.
Protein powder smoothies

If you find eating in the morning hard smoothies are a great alternative. Also add some protein powder to make it more filling and nutritious. Smoothies are super quick to make and you can pretty much blend up whatever fruit you want, along with almond milk and Greek yogurt. Create them the night before and store it in the fridge. Then you can grab and go in the morning.
Yogurt parfait

All you need for this tasty breakfast is some yogurt, fruit and a mason jar. You can buy mason jars from pretty much everywhere – Kmart have some good inexpensive ones. They;re so darn cute I use them for pretty much everything. Get some Greek yogurt, fruit of your choice, granola or oats and some nuts and stack it up. Refrigerate overnight and you’re good to go.
Fruit salad
Fruit salads are a great way to get a healthy breakfast that will help you get in your 5 plus a day. If you make this the night before it tastes even better in the morning as the juices and flavours mix together. Add a spoonful of yogurt, honey, chia seeds, or nuts in the morning to bulk it up a bit.
Smoothie bowl
These smoothie bowls have been all the rage lately, and for good reason! They’re super super delicious. All you need to do is create a smoothie of your chosen flavour the night before and put it in the fridge. Pour it into a bowl when you get up and top it with fruit of your choice, chia seeds and granola. Easy and very Instagram-worthy!
