Finding beauty and colour in the unexpected, partnered with Deadly Ponies’ deep well of creativity and extraordinary craftsmanship brings us their three-part Spring Summer ‘21 collection.
Inspired by Charlotte Perriand’s House of a Young Man (1935), this collection exudes elements and textures harmoniously uniting in an exploration of space, with a distinctly rich colour palette. “I look to Charlotte Perriand as a muse. She was a pioneer in the industry and a creative female voice during a time when there were few opportunities, with a really unique style,” says Creative Director, Liam Bowden.
The first installment presents a super-fine, luxurious suede across intricate new shapes and the return of some of Deadly Ponies’ most-loved pieces in prairie hues of moss, thyme and cornflower. Gradient treatments and tactile textures of umptuously soft suede and their classic buttery leather reach new heights with Part II, exploring bold, two-toned python dip conflated by ombre-hued amethyst croc. To close, a subdued sunset-inspired palette graces the collection for Part III in hues that resemble that of the spirit of long summer nights.

The emergence of a new season always excites, especially in the world of fashion.
